Lovedale foundation believes in a broad-based participation for important decisions, tasks and discussions concerning the organization. We engage with diverse groups who care about the what we do and the communities we serve. As we carry out challenging missions to Educate underprivileged children, Women in Society, Empowering Youth and Women but sometimes with very limited resources; we mobilize support and respond immediately to the needs of community’s most venerable, isolated and disadvantaged people. Our leadership is open and interactive, which strengthens our ability to make the most of the ideas and resources within the organization.

  • Decision-Making: We have a clear decision-making structure and process of governing body and the organization. This gives us the ability to steer the organization through changes that effect the environment outside. By doing this, we also prioritize goals and impacts to steer clear of any external pressures or control.
  • Communication: We discern a business model, which is both sustainable and focuses on organization’s ability. This ensures that enough time is invested developing skills, abilities and knowledge at all levels.
  • Culture: We create and sustain organization culture that is true to our mission and goals.  We encourage creative thinking, and even discuss conflicting views to reach far-serving resolutions. All team members foster the spirit of ‘together we stand strong’ and share relevant information with each other, thereby helping the organization to remain inspired. In order to stay true to our larger mission goals, we identify and implement strategies for a positive working environment that enables us to work passionately for the community we serve.
  • Quality and Innovation: It is often quoted that the difference between a non-profit and a profit-making organization is not the ‘money’ it makes but the ‘difference’ it creates. Innovation today is the key to bring that ‘change’. At Lovedale Foundation, we use modern solutions to address core issues. We create qualitative impact by reducing day-to-day inefficiencies and focus on improving our service delivery. We take time to step back and assess what can be done better and how technology can be utilized in that framework. We then make solutions available to our peers for immediate utilization and connect both – the delivery of specific causes and dispersed audience to achieve maximum output from the resources.
